SMART目标法的5个原则 SMART原则有利于员工更加明确高效地工作，也为管理者对员工实施绩效考核提供考核标准。为了达成这一目标，在管理过程中，我们必须选择适宜的策略，将目标从上往下进行层层分解，将公司目标分解为部门目标，将部门目标分解到岗位目标。 制定目标看似是一件简单的事情，但在实践中，我们要掌握好SMART原则到底应该遵循哪些事项？BoardMix博思白板将为大家进行详细解读。 （1）* *S（Specific）--明确性** 很多时候，我们设定的目标没有实现，并不是我们付出的努力不够，而是设定的目标太含糊，不够明确具体，因此只有用明确具体的语言清楚表达我们要达到的效果，才是一个合理的目标。 比如“目标是提高软件测试的新技能。”这个描述就不明确，提高软件测试的新技能有很多种方法，具体是学哪一门技术，自动化方面的还是性能测试方面的？学到什么程度？ 如果改为：“目标是提高Java语言的技能，在1个月之内用业余时间把《Java基础》这本书中面向对象内容中的代码案例熟练编写，术语概念脱口而出。”这样的目标设定就明确多了。 所以目标设置要有项目、内容具体化、衡量标准、并具有一定的可操作性，这样设定目标才会让我们更好地投入到目标执行中，并让项目管理者能够清晰看到团队成员的工作计划及进展程度。 （2）* *M（Measurable）--衡量性** 衡量性就是指项目目标是数量化或行为化的，项目目标应该有一组明确的数据，作为衡量目标是否达成的依据，可以清晰告诉...
